Information we collect
Email and account info from sign-up/sign-in (including via Google/Discord), order history and membership status, and hashed device identifiers used to bind your app license. We do NOT store card details — payments are handled by our provider (BeamCheckout). We use Vercel to measure web performance without cookies and without identifying you as a basic operational function, and — only with your consent — also collect aggregated, anonymized usage statistics.
How we use it
To provide accounts and Premium membership, process payments, prevent abuse, and contact you about the service.
Lawful basis & consent
We process data as necessary to provide the service under contract, and based on consent for non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and legal requirements, using appropriate safeguards such as encryption in transit and database-level access control (RLS).
Disclosure & cross-border transfer
Some data is stored/processed by overseas providers — Supabase (database and authentication), BeamCheckout (payments), and Vercel (website hosting and cookieless, anonymized usage/performance analytics) — which may be located outside Thailand. We maintain appropriate safeguards as required by the PDPA.
