Acceptance of terms
By using the WHALE X AUDIO website and software, you agree to these terms.
The service
WHALE X AUDIO is system-wide audio software for Windows. Premium membership unlocks the Peak Protection X feature.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Usage is limited to one active device per account.
Premium & payment
Premium is a one-time ฿350 lifetime purchase, paid via BeamCheckout (PromptPay/card). Prices include tax where legally required.
Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, redistribution, account sharing, or circumventing licensing. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
All software, branding, and content belong to WHALE X AUDIO. Buying Premium grants a personal license, not ownership.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Note that installing the app disables the Windows protected-audio (DRM) path — see the in-app warning.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
