Premium is a digital good (unlocking software features) sold as a one-time, lifetime purchase.
Refund eligibility
If the product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a refund. We gladly refund within 7 days of purchase if the feature cannot be used due to an issue on our side.
When a refund may not apply
If the feature works as intended, or the issue stems from device incompatibility or your own configuration, a refund may not apply — but we review each case fairly.

Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within the payment provider’s timeframe (typically up to 30 days).
